Jasenko Brkić

Jasko has 17 years of experience in the insurance sector in Southeastern Europe and the region of Central and Eastern Europe, out of which over 11 years as authorized AON partner in BiH and a member of the regional AON group – the world leader in risk management, insurance brokerage, reinsurance and human resources. Prior to becoming an authorized AON partner, Jasenko worked on leading positions at Helios Insurance, Triglav Insurance and LOKinvest Brokerage Services.

During 17 years of work in the insurance industry Jasenko was involved in all segments of brokerage business and also managed the development of brokerage activities from the very beginning in the Republic of Croatia and BiH. We particularly emphasize the fact that Jasenko and VIPOX company was registered as the first licensed insurance broker for BiH.

As Director and Founder ADIX SOLUTIONS d.o.o. Jasenko is in charge of investor relations, business strategy development, communication of the investor strategy on the Croatian market, primarily in the areas of Healthcare and Insurance

From 1998, Jasenko holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Faculty of Economics Matej Bel in Banska Bistrica, Slovakia.

Goran Barać

Goran’s experience comes from working within two leading financial institutions, Zagrebačka banka d.d. (part of Unicredit Group) and RBA d.d. where he worked in Business financing division, as Sales Manager & Director of Sales.

With experience of working in Corporate enviroment, Goran has significant experience in developing and managing differetn projects, especially in tourism segment.

As chief advisor in ADIX SOLUTIONS Ltd. Goran is responsible for developing business strategy, business analysis, business partners assessment and implementation of projects in sectors Healthcare and Tourism.

From 2008. Goran holds MBA in Finance & Marketing at IGBS Zagreb / Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. Prior to MBA studies, he graduated at Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, in Foreign & Domestic Trade. During 2016. Goran completed Controlling academy and holds IGC certificate as Certified Controller.
